If you choose our weekly scoop service, you can easily cancel your subscription after just 2 weeks! For all our other services, like bucket service or kennel cleanings, feel free to cancel anytime for any reason. We completely understand that pets have short lifespans, and there’s no need to keep our services if they’re not needed. And remember, you’re always welcome to re-subscribe whenever you wish! We're here for you and your furry friends!
Absolutely! Just because it's chilly outside doesn't mean our furry friends can hold it in until spring! We’re here to scoop even when the snow is falling.
Due to the pricing structure, we do not offer refunds. If your pick up day is missed due to weather or other things beyond our control, we will notify your and get you scheduled in on a make up day that week or we will be on "double doody" the following week.
